Unless you choose otherwise, we ship all orders via unrecorded Royal Mail First Class delivery service. We will dispatch your item(s) the same day you place your order, and aim to deliver within 1-3 working days, provided your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
If you want, you can request a Next Day Tracked and Signed delivery via DPD at an additional cost. If you choose our DPD Next Day service, we will dispatch your item(s) on the same day you place your order and provided it’s placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, we aim to deliver the next working day.
You can see the estimated dispatch time of your order online. Please note, the dispatch times are estimates and are not guaranteed times. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of the delivery date given, please get in touch with Customer Services on (+44) 0844 41 45 441(+44) 0844 41 45 441 and we will resend your order at no additional cost.
If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way then please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether or not we consider the item to be defective. If we find that it is, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
You have a legal right to cancel and return your SHIQUE order within 14 working days of placing it. All returns are free of charge – you will not have to pay for postage.
If you would like to cancel and return your order, please follow the steps below:
1. Email us at email@example.com, or write to us at: Customer Services, SHIQUE London Ltd. Research House, Fraser Road, Perivale, UB6 7AQ.
2. We will then provide you with a return address and a return number known as an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which you will need to include in a covering note with your returns package.
3. Once we have received and authorised your return, we will fully refund you to the credit or debit card you used to make your purchase.
